Core Work Deliverables
Conducting line punch-listing, pipe support verification, and joint fit-up integrity checks prior to energization.
Overseeing pickling, passivation, and water/air flushing protocols to purge debris from critical HP/MP steam and utility lines.
Executing controlled high-pressure steam blows to clean piping and verifying cleanliness against mirror/target plate standards.
Managing final pressure testing, valve seat leak tests, and flange torque-tightening under operating temperatures.
Performing precision hot-alignment on pumps, turbines, and rotatory equipment to accommodate thermal growth during initial heat-up.
Coordinating directly with client operational teams, TPIs, and site engineers for safe, zero-defect line charging and steady-state handover.
