Cooling Towers
End-to-end mechanical execution, piping erection, condenser water distribution, pump house setting, and alignment for industrial cooling tower systems.

Sector Operational Overview
Tapan Engineering provides specialized end-to-end mechanical execution, piping erection, and alignment for industrial cooling tower systems. The scope covers structural integration, high-volume fluid circulation systems, dynamic mechanical equipment setting, and integration with plant utilities.
Core Work Scope & Responsibilities
Erection of heavy-bore supply, return, and equalizing piping headers (Carbon Steel/Stainless Steel/FRP). Precision alignment of distribution risers and manifold networks to deliver balanced flow to the cooling tower fill.
Installation and micro-precision shaft alignment of high-capacity booster pumps, vertical turbine pumps, and centrifugal cooling water pumps connected to the cold-water basin.
Structural positioning, dynamic balancing, and laser alignment for cooling tower fan decks, gearboxes, drive shafts, and motor units.
Erection of internal structural supports, header supports, and heavy-duty pipe racks; installation of expansion joints, butterfly isolation valves, and strainers to withstand high dynamic hydraulic loads.
Integration of cooling tower hot/cold loops directly into core industrial networks, including power plant condensers, oxygen plant utilities, and heavy process cooling headers.
